One Art Ticket Policy
All pass sales for global exhibitions, music acts, and runway shows are final.
Due to exclusive venue capacities in global metropolitan hubs, we cannot offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. However, tickets can be transferred up to 48 hours before the event.
To initiate a ticket transfer to another attendee, please contact our concierge service with details.

For rescheduled events, passes remain valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled entirely, full refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Admission Policies:
To gain entry to our exclusive visual and auditory galleries, you must:
Present a valid digital ticket
Show photo ID at the gate
Restricted access and items:
Late arrivals may be held until a suitable performance pause.
Professional photography equipment is restricted unless pre-approved.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venues.
Strict dress code applies for all premier runway and gallery openings.
One Art reserves the right to deny entry or eject patrons who violate our code of conduct, without refund or compensation.
Venue Access
Each metropolitan showcase has unique venue security measures. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled showtimes.
Global Hubs Venue
One Art is not responsible for ticket counterfeits purchased via unauthorized third-party platforms. Digital tickets must only be acquired directly from our official portal to guarantee seamless admission.
Passes
Gift passes for our exclusive fashion and art exhibitions can be redeemed online. These passes are non-transferable once registered to an individual attendee profile and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
For corporate custom passes or group ticket packages, please reach out to our VIP relations desk at least 14 days before the showcase event begins.
